Don’t ask me why, but I thought it would be fun to investigate just how much it costs to be Kylie Jenner. Wardrobe, cars, and houses aside…(I have no clue how to quantify all of that), I wanted to know about the enhancements… the things that she’s done to improve her “look”.
Well, in case you care, here it is…
In a video with her make-up artist Hrush Achemyan, they together listed the following products used for Kylie’s 18th birthday party look…
Eyes:
Color Pop Game Face in “Super Shock” Eye Shadow $5
Anastasia Beverly Hills in “Cinnamon” Contour $14
Anastasia Beverly Hills in “Java” Contour $14
Anastasia Beverly Hills in “Noir” Eye Shadow $12

In one of Kylie’s more recent app segments, she made reference to the following two products for a more natural, every-day look.
Vice3 Palette from Urban Decay $70
Nars Radiant Creamy Concealer $36
She’s also a big fan of getting her nails done… but who isn’t?
– That add’s at least $40 every two weeks ($960/year… plus decal extras)
…and don’t forget about Kylie’s new business endeavors.
#LipKitbyKyle is selling out like crazy
$29
and
Her BELLAMI hair deal…
Kylie Hair Kouture 18og 20”
Kylie Teal Ombre (#1B/TEAL)
$279.99
Under FAQ on the BELLAMI site, the company answered what everyone wants to know...
Q: How long do BELLAMI Hair extensions typically last?
A: “The lifespan of BELLAMIS is anywhere from 3 – 6 months, depending on their usage and how they are cared for and maintained”.
… So, if Kylie were to re-do her extensions every 3 months, that $280 quickly becomes $1,120 a year… not to mention Kylie has DOZENS of different wigs and colours that she rotates through (she has a wig closet).
Now, what about those lashes?
A full set of eyelash extensions can range from $75 for a full set, to over $200 (for a mink full set… yes, real mink fur). Fills then range from $30-$100, which you have to get done every 2 weeks. That adds up… (75 flat… plus, say, $40 every two weeks… that’s over a $1,000 in lashes a year)
The brows?
Threading costs anywhere between $5-$40, and for someone constantly in the spotlight like Kylie, she likely get’s this done often.
Taking a more permanent and serious turn, Kylie has also admitted to using lip fillers. I did some research to find out just what it might be costing her…
It turns out that Dermal Fillers, to enhance your cheeks and lips, range from $275 – $1,000… a syringe.
And the thing is… it isn’t a one time thing…
Day One: Full treatment.
Week two: Follow up for any necessary touch-ups.
Month Six: Maintenance treatment.
Month Twelve: Maintenance treatment.

These treatments can therefore end up costing her thousands and thousands of dollars a year, (especially if she’s not only filling her lips).
So, in conclusion,… let’s just say… Kylie’s spending my University tuition on lips and hair.
